3. Third-Party Booking Services

4 Good Clean Fun operates as a curated search and curation directory for zero-emission travel and booking. We do not provide, own, or run the actual tours ourselves:

• All bookings are processed and managed on third-party provider platforms (such as Viator or GetYourGuide).
• We are not responsible for any booking errors, cancellation disputes, operator issues, or events occurring during the tours themselves.
• Any customer support, refunds, or modification requests regarding your bookings must be processed directly with the booking platform provider or operator.

4. User Accounts

When you sign in using Google Auth to save tour recommendations, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are liable for any activity occurring under your session. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or clear user data in the event of abusive query traffic.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 4 Good Clean Fun, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4 Good Clean Fun operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
